Steps to make Banana Chocolate Cake:
- In a bowl add the dry ingredients of Maida, baking soda, baking powder, Cocoa powder, salt. Mix well and set aside
- Purée the chilled bananas and set aside
- In another bowl add the wet ingredients lime Oil, honey, lime juice. Whisk well
- Using the cut and fold method slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet.
- Add water gradually and whisk. Add the chopped walnuts
- Grease a cake tin, add the batter and add the chocolate chips, tap well to discard air bubbles
- Pre heat the Microwave to 180 deg C, put the baking tin and bake for 40 mins
- Insert a toothpick to see the doneness of the cake, once done cool it completely for few hours
- To prepare the Ganache, in a bowl add the chilled milk, chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Place the cake on a plate and slowly add the ganache, chop the Gems and drizzled on the cake.
