1. Mix flour,powdered sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt& 2 table spoon cocoa powder.In another bowl beaten the eggs properly,mix sugar, oil & melted dark chocolate..and beat well.
2. Then mix… dry ingredients with eggs mix..fold well.then grease the cake tin with oil &four.cake mix pour on cake tin & bake in convection 180 degree for 30 to 35 minutes.
3. Sponge cake is ready.let it cool.for ganace..heat pan..add milk, 3 tsp,cocoa powder,fresh cream, 3 tsp.sugar.stir well.
4. Cut the side &upper portion of sponge cake.make balls with this.Pour ganace on chocolate sponge cake.then make decoration with balls & dark chocolate crushed & cream.
