  7. Add Baby Spinach and optionally parmesan cheese, stir and serve!

Stir in wine, broth and salt. Cover and cook on high for about two hours or until all liquid is absorbed. Add chicken to pan and cook on a high heat to brown. If pan is a little dry, add a little oil. Turn slow cooker to low then add peas (or chopped spinach/silver beet).
