  4. Firstly the rice layer then chicken gravy add on some coriander, mint n brown onions then add another layer of rice add 9n same coriander, mint oil n brown onions add on ghee 3 to 4 tbsp. Cover it nicely and keep it for dum on high flame for 3 min then lower the flame for 5min its ready… Enjoy with raita.
