- Prepare 4 cups soaked rice
- Make ready 2 sticks cinnamon (darcheeni)
- Get 1 tsp cumin seeds (sabit zeera)
- Take 1 tsp cloves(laung)
- Get 2 black cardamon (barish elaichi)
- Make ready 2 Bay leaf(taiz pat)
- Prepare 4 Green chillies cut in half(as per your choice)
- Take 4 tbsp salt
- Get 1/2 bunch mint leaves
- Prepare 1/2 coriander leaves
- Prepare Almond and cashew paste
- Make ready 12 Almond
- Take 12 cashews
- Take 1/2 cup cream
- Take 1 tbsp kewra water
- Take 3-4 bowrn onion
Instructions to make White Mughlai Biryani:
- Take pan add then add 1 kg chicken,1/2 cup yogurt add all whole Spices(cinnamon stick,Green cardamon,cumin seeds,whole black pepper) green chillies,ginger garlic paste and 1 cup sliced onion mix it well
- Now add - Salt,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,nutmeg and mace powder, and mix it well cook it for 10 minutes.
- Then Take any muslin clothe(malmal ka piece)add cinnamon,clove,green cardamom,bayleaf,cumin seeds,black cardamon, whole black pepper, green chillies cut in half make a polished and add this potli in boiling water for rice
- Brown 4- 5 medium onion.
- Take enough amount of water add this potli and let boil the water. Boil water for 5 minutes. Then remove this spice pouch or(potli). - Now add half brown onion in it.
- Add salt In it and soaked rice now boil it until 80 % done then strain it.
- Take 10 12 Almonds and cashews(kaju and badam)and 1/2 cuo cream and grind the almond and Cashews with cream and kewra water and make paste like this.
- Now start layering first layer rice then prepared chicken and prepared Almonds and cashew paste.
- Then add fresh chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves and lemon slices then rice
- Then again add prepared chicken,add Almonds and cashew paste then sprinkle brown onion.
- Now add last layer of rice then chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves,brown onion and lemon slices on top.then add prepared almond and cashew paste.cover it and simmer it for 15-20 minutes or until dum on medium flame.
- Now after 20 minutes yummy Mughlai white Biryani is ready
