- 2 step: gravy ke liye phele ap tomatoes, garlic, ginger, 6 green chilies ka paste bana linge or spice mix ke teno ingredients ko ek sth mix karlinge ek bowl mein.
- Ab ham gravy banaige phele ap Onion ko golden brown fry karlinge phir is mein sabit kali mirch, zeera, laung, or tomatoes ka paste jo banaya tha wo add karlinge 2 se 3 mint tak stir karinge then is mein haldi, namak, lal mirch, dhaniya powder, garam masala, lemon juice or hara dhaniya add karinge.
- Then chicken dalinge or ache se chicken ko coat karinge or low flame pe 6 minutes ke liye cooked karinge. Then is mein alu bukhare, 3 green chillies, dahi add karinge or ache se chicken ko cooked honay dinge jab chicken cooked hojai to is mein half spice mix add karinge or ache se bhun linge gravy ko jab tak oil separate na hojai.
- Ab ham layering karinge gravy or rice ki phele thori gravy dalinge then half rice dalinge or thora sa spice mix dalinge or last layer lagainge then us pe pura spice mix dal ke podina leaves dalinge or orange food colour water or kewara mein mix kar ke add kardinge or ghee b.
- Then 15 minutes ke liye low flame pe steam cook karinge. Then ise serve karinge.😋
