Instructions to make Chicken Dum Biryani:
- Take rice in bowl (I have use basmati rice) clan and wash them. Switch on gas put a vessel add 2-3 litter drinking water boile it add drain rice salt whole dry spices 1 spoon ghee cook for 70-80% rice don't cook full. Drain rice
- Spread on plate or tray under fan. For merinate chicken - In a bowl or pot take clean n wash chicken add curd ginger garlic paste red chilli powder garam masala powder turmeric powder shahi biryani masala salt green chilli coat chicken for 45 min
- After 45 min
- Heat up handi on gas add merinate chicken reamaining coated chicken masala 1 spoon ghee
- In cooking rice add little food colour ) after adding chicken add some cooked rice fry onions green coriander leaves some mint leaves salt biryani masala
- Make 2-3 layers
- Cover the handi put some heavy pot on it switch gas flame on slow cook for 15 min. Then switch off the flame.
- Serve hot with any curd raita.
