  3. Wash rice n soak it for 30 mins.
  4. Heat oiling a cooker n add all the whole spices mentioned above.
  5. Now add thinly sliced onions n fry till light brown.
  6. Add marinated chicken & saute it for few mins, now add tomatoes n the remaining spices in it let it cook till chicken is completely cooked add chopped mint.
  7. Mix well n spread it evenly in a single layer.
  8. Layer cooked n drained rice over the chicken add water n 1tbsp of ghee on it n add 2 tbsp of chopped mint in it cover n let it cook on slow flame.
  9. Open the lid gently fluff up with a fork serve with raita.
