- Take 1/2 Cup mint leaves
- Prepare 3 Lemon sliced
- Get Zarda Colour as required
- Get 1 tbspn Ghee
Instructions to make Spicy Chicken Biryani:
- Rice saaf kar k dho lain aur 15 minutes soak kar k rakh dain.
- Imli ko half cup Pani dal k microwave mein 1 minute rakhein aur nikal k rakh dain.
- Spices b plate mein nikal lain.
- Yogurt ko beat kar k bowl mein dal lain.
- All ingredients cut kar k rakh lain.
- Garnish coriander,mint, onion, tomato,lemon sabhi cutting kar lain.
- Wok mein oil aur onion dal k sauté karein.
- Chicken dal k fry karein.
- Chopped tomatoes, Crushed ginger and garlic, green chillies dal cook karein.
- Biryani masala, salt, coriander powder, cumin, chili flakes, whole spices and black seeds dalein mix well.
- Ab add karein yogurt and imli ka goda mix well cover karein aur low flame per cook honay dain 10 minutes tak chicken gal jaye.
- Pan mein pani dalein 3 tbspn salt, sugar, cinnamon stick, vinegar, cloves, black cardamom aur cover karein tak pani boil ho jye. (Sugar aur Vinegar k few drops se rice totay nahi).
- Jab boil ajaye pani ko Rice ka pani nikal k dal dain aur aik Lani rah jaye tu flame off karein.
- Strainer se strain kar lain aur thanda pani gozar dain tak rice chipkay nahi alag alag rahein. Side per rakh dain.
- Chicken ko check kar lain aur flame off kar dain.
- Ab baray pan mein half chicken gravy ki layer rice ki layer end mein kuch tomatoes, coriander, mint leaves, lemon slices and onion ko spread kar lain.
- Dosri layer chicken ki lagein rice dalein saray phir coriander, mint leaves, lemon slices, onion and tomatoes dalein. Chicken ka oil, zarda rang sprinkle karein aur 1 tbspn ghee spread kar dain. Cover kar k dum dein dain 15 minutes k liye.
- Dam open karein. Aram se spoon se mix karein.
- Chicken biryani ready hy serve hot with raita.
