  22. Take 3-4 tsp Tamarind pulp
  23. Take 2-3 drops Kewra essence
  24. Prepare 1 Lemon
  25. Take 3-4 Green chilli
Steps to make Chicken Biryani:
  1. Heat oil and add all garam masala in it and cook it for 2 minutes then add chopped onions in it and leave it till the onion gets goldenish brown on the other side add water in a pot for boiling the rice and add 2 tsp vinegar in it and 2 tsp cooking oil add 1 piece of cinnamon, 2 badian k phool 2 choti Elaichi and 2 bari Elaichi 2 to 3 long and 1 tazpat when water gets boiled add rice in it and boil it 90% and then strain it.
  2. When your onion gets goldenish brown add 1 and half spoon ginger garlic paste and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes then add chicken in it and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes then add chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp danya powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 pinch red chilli flakes, 1tsp zeera powder then mix it well and cook it for 3 to 4 miuntes and then add 1 and half cup of water and mix it well and then cover it and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Then take 1 cup yogurt and add some zarda color in it and mix it well and put it in your gravy then add 2 to 3 tsp tamarind pulp and 2 to 3 drops of kewra essence and mix it well then add 3 to 4 green chilies then mix it and cook it until the water gets dry and then at the end squeeze one lemon in your qorma.
  4. And at the last add half boiled rice in your qorma and mix it slowly then add one layer of rest of the boiled rice and add food colors whatever color you like to add I added too many colors but usually for bryani only orange color is used😁 then levae it on dam for 5 to 10 minutes and tada it is ready to serve.
