Steps to make Afghani biryani:
  1. (step :1 biryani masala) sab se pehly AK dibi mai namak, dara mirch, zeera daal dain.
  2. Ab is mai long, daar chinni, teez patta, garam masala aur kali mirch shamil kar lain.
  3. Ab in sabko grind Kar k biryani masala tayar kar lain.
  4. Phir chicken ko ache se saaf kar k us mai dahi shamil kar lain.
  5. Ab imli, alo bukhara aur tayar kiya howa biryani masala bhi shamil kar lain.
  6. Phir chicken ko merinate kar k 15 minutes k liye rakh dain.
  7. Phir oil garam karain aur payaz ko 2 se 3 minutes fry kar lain.(Payaz ko pakana hai brown nahi karna.)
  8. Phir tamatar shamil karain aur ache se galne taq bhon lain.
  9. Phir is mai Adrak aur sabaz mirch shamil kar k 2 minutes bhon lain.
  10. Phir merinate kiya howa chicken shamil kar lain.
  11. Ab chicken ko 5 minutes teez anch per bhon lain.
  12. Phir halki anch per dhak kar 15 minutes pakne dain. (darmeyan mai 1 se 2 dafa hila lain k niche se jale nahi.)
  13. Ab dhakan hata kar pani khushak kar lain.
  14. Ache se bhon lain aur pani na rahe to Kate Howe lemon shamil kar k flame off kar k dhak kar rakh dain.
  15. Phir pani mai teez patta, daar chinni, long aur namak daal kar Josh ane taq paka lain.
  16. Pani mai Josh aa Jae to chawal daal kar pakain.
  17. AK Kani reh Jae to chawal nichor lain.
  18. Ab bartan mai se chicken nikal kar us mai boil kiye Howe adhe chawal phela dain.
  19. Phir tayar kiya howa Sara chicken daal dain.
  20. Ab baqi k adhe chawal bhi uper phela dain.
  21. Ab lemon, tamatar, podina aur yellow food colour daal kar 5 minutes dam per paka lain.
  22. 5 minutes k baad chawal hila lain.
