- Get 1 kg chicken
- Prepare 4 cups rice
- Prepare 2-3 onions chopped

- Take 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- Take 1/2 tbsp tumeric powder

- Make ready 4 black cardamon
- Take 6 green cardamom
- Prepare 6-7 black pepper corn
- Take 1 1/2 tsp Cummins seeds
- Get 3 star anise
- Get 4 cinnamons
- Get 2 cups Yogurt
- Take 2 tomatoes sliced
- Get Yellow food color
- Prepare 1 tsp Garm masala
- Take 4 Green chillies
- Get leaves Mint
- Take Kewra water
Instructions to make Balochi biryani:
- Take a pot and add oil and preheat it and then add potatoes and fry it untill it become in to light golden color. After that dish ou it.
- Now add onions and fry untill it become golden brown color then add ginger garlic paste and stir well.Then add whole garam masala stir it.
- Then add chicken,red chilli powder, potatoes,salt, coriander powder, tumeric powder, black salt,black pepper powder and water and stir for 5mins on high flame. Then use medium to low flame and cook until done.
- Now take a bowl and add yogurt, yellow food color and kewra water and mix it well.
- Now take a pot and boil rice. Drain all water from rice and keep aside.
- Now take a pot and add 1/2 boiled rice and then add 1/2 chicken masala and then place 1/2 tomatoes,fry potatoes, garam masala, green coriander,mint, green chillies and then put yogurt mix and cover with lid and cook for 5 mins on high flame and then use low flame and cook for 15mins.
- Now Balochi biryani is ready šš. Cooking time: 35_40 mins.
