4. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180° C or 350° F and bake the cake on the middle rack for 45 minutes.
5. When the cake is ready, flip out of the cake pan and on to a cooling rack for 1 hour before adding the icing on top
6. Meanwhile to make the icing add orange juice, sugar and starch in a suitable saucepan over a medium heat and stir the ingredients until it boils and thickens and it will be ready to use.
7. Finally when the cake is cooled Pour the orange icing sauce over the top of the cake & garnish with orange zest.
