- (1) Cut onion into slice. (2) Add 3tbs veg oil/ghee in a pan, fry onion till it turns golden brown.Then crush the fried onion by hand. (3) Mix gently crushed onion and remaining oil in marinated.
- (1) Heat little oil in a pan, add garam masala, water and salt till boiling. (2) Add washed and soaked rice to the boiling water and cook on high flame. (3) Wait and drain water after 3/4 rice cooked.
- (1) Put marinated chicken in pan (2) Add rice, garnish with fried onion, chopped mint, coriander, sliced green chilli and 2tsp ghee.
- Close Pan lid, heat(dum) 5min on high flame then 20 min on low flame.
