- Take 3-4 cardamom

- Make ready For the Biryani layer:
- Prepare 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- Prepare 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

- Get 2 tbsp Ghee
Steps to make Chicken Biryani:
- Make onions fry: Heat oil in a pan, add onions slices, fry the onions on a medium flame, slowly fry the onions till they are a deep golden brown, drain them out on a tissue paper, and keep it aside.
- Make the Chicken : Heat oil in a pan, chopped onions and whole garam masala saute for a minute, add ginger, garlic, chilli paste saute for a minute, add chicken mix and cook the chicken for until the colour changes. Add all spices, salt sugar and tomato pure, beaten yogurt mix well and cook the masala for 2-3 minutes on low flame, now pour the water into the chicken and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on low flame and cover the lid, now chicken gravy is ready for the biryani.
- Cook theRice: Wash the basmati rice and soad for 20 minutes, now cooked the rice with water, salt, whole garam masala, cook the rice until it is 80% cooked and switch off the flame, strain the rice with the help of a strainer.
- Now giving of the dum biryani: take milk bowl and add saffron mix with well, now take a big pot, arrange the cooked chicken and cooked rice at the bottom, again layer cooked chicken and cooked rice layer the rest of the rice on it, sprinkle the fried onions coriander leaves,mint leaves and pour the saffron milk, ghee and cover the biryani pot, cook on a low flame for 20 to 25 minutes, now Chicken Biryani is ready.
