  1. Wash chicken with a tablespoon of vinegar and set aside
  2. Now take a pressure cooker add oil keep on medium flame then add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown
  3. Besides roughly grind cashews remove it then make purée of one tomato
  4. Once the onion in fried don’t remove onions in that only add ginger garlic paste stirr once then add roughly blended cashews and tomatoes purée stirr well then add the curd make sure it’s from room temperature whisk it and add so that it won’t curdle then add all spices and curry leaves
  5. Once all things are cooked a layer of oil separates from gravy now add the chicken and food colour keep on simmer flame it won’t stick to bottom add kasuri methi, Garam masala powder next add a large cup of water mix well then close the lid and cook till two whistles then leaves for five minutes covered
  6. Lastly open the lid can now taste if all the spices are according to one’s taste further keep on simmer flame and add those leftover ingredients with fresh cream, lime juice, coriander leaves give it 2-3 minutes and off the flame.
  7. The deliciously awesome creamy chicken is ready to serve with rice or chapati either.
