- Take 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

- Get 0.25 cup corn flour

- Prepare Ingredients for sauce:
- Get 1 medium onion finely chopped
- Take 5-6 garlic cloves (chopped)
- Take 2 medium green chillies finely chopped
- Prepare 0.25 cup schezwan sauce
- Take 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Take 2 tbsp white vinegar
- Make ready 2 tbsp corn flour slurry (mixed with water)
- Prepare 3 tbsp olive oil
- Get to taste Salt
Instructions to make Chicken Lollypop (with gravy):
- Marinate these lollypops in ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, red chilli powder, red chilli sauce, white pepper powder, salt and vinegar. Set this aside for at least an hour. (Tip: You can also leave it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator).
- After about an hour when the marination has been soaked in the Chicken Lollypops, sprinkle the all-purpose flour (maida), Cornflour and food color (dissolved in water) on to the marinated chicken and prepare to deep fry.
- Heat oil and deep fry the chicken Lollypops in it for 4-5 minutes on a slow flame. Use kitchen paper napkins to drain excess oil.
- Take 2-3 tbsp olive oil in a wok. Once hot add the chopped ginger and stir fry for about 30 seconds. Then add the chopped onions, green chillies further allow them to cook for another minute while stirring on slow flame.
- Then add the Spring onion bulbs (sliced), Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, Vinegar, Salt and 50ml of water and continue to saute on for another 1 minute.
- Then toss in the lollypops and add cornflower slurry to give it slight thickness and shine.
