  1. Marinate chicken with buttermilk,salt,hot sauce and vinegar for 2 hrs
  2. After 2 hrs add Garlic powder,red chilli flakes and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or best is overnight
  3. Drain the chicken over the grill.
  4. Prepare dry batter by mixing maida with all seasonings.
  5. Beat eggs with paproca,garlic powder,chicken powder,salt and black pepper 1/4 tsp each
  6. Now coat the chicken first in dry batter.
  7. Dip the chicken in eggs then again in dry mix.
  8. Put this in preheated oil,5mins on one side on medium high flame.
  9. Then turn and fry from other side on medium low and once about to be fully done than set flame on high. Take out in a Platter.
  10. In a Sauce pan add 1tsp oil,add - chopped garlic.
  11. Then add all sauces and mix well.put flame off,mix sesame seeds.
  12. Put the fried chicken in this sauce and coat well. serve hot
