- In a big bowl strain together - one and half cup all-purpose flour, then add 4 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 & half tsp baking powder and half tsp baking powder
- Now strain and combine we'll keep aside dry ingredients are ready
- Now add 1 tsp vinegar in 240 ml or 1 cup of milk (room temperature) and keep aside for later use
- Now combine all the wet ingredients. In another bowl add 4 tbsp butter, 4 tbsp refind oil and powdered sugar start whisking so that all lumps are dissolved
- After whisking together add condensed milk and whisk again.
- Now it's time to mix wet and dry ingredients. Start adding strained flour in portions in wet ingredients along with milk (with vinegar)
- Add another portion of dry ingredients and repeat the whisking process until fully combined. Cake batter is ready
- Now preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins
- Now in your cake tin stick parchment paper and then carefully pour the cake batter into it.
- Now tap the cake tin 2-3 times so that all the air bubbles are vanished.
- Now carefully place your cake tin in the oven and set the oven at 180 degrees for 35 mins
- After 35 mins insert a toothpick in the cake center to check whether the batter is sticking. If it's sticking out it in the oven for 5-10 mins more.
- Now take out the cake and allow it to cool down completely before de-moulding it.
- After the cake tin is cooled down de mould the cake
- Decorate your cake with chocolate ganache or whip cream
- Keep it in fridge for some time and enjoy your chocolate cake
