Instructions to make Chocolate truffle cake:
- In a bowl add oil, curd and powder sugar. Mix well with a whisk. See that there are no lumps formed. Now sieve the maida, milk powder, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix well.
- Now add vanilla essence and vinegar. Now add milk little by little. Mix again till all ingredients get mixed.
- Now in an preheated oven bake it for 35-40 minutes @180°c. When done remove and keep it to cool.
- To make the ganache, heat a pan, add cream and chocolate. Mix and keep stirring till it melts on a low flame. Remove from the gas, allow it to cool. Keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hrs. To make the centre filling, melt the chocolate. Keep it aside.
- Now when its ready, cut the top layer, if there is a crack, cut it horizontally half. Now cut the first layer. Bottom layer sprinkle sugar water with a brush, now spread the melted chocolate evenly. Place the layer on top of it. Again add sugar water.
- Pour the ganache evenly and spread it well. Now sprinkle some silver balls and garnish the cake. Set it for an hour. You can enjoy the chocolate truffle cake.
