- In another bowl add water and coffee. Mix and add oil and vinegar to it.

- Now bake at 170degrees Celsius for 15 mins in a preheated oven.
- Take out the cake from oven and let it cool down.

- Place this stencil on the cake and cut out 4 heart shapes. Number of hearts will depend on the size of your stencil.
- Now it's time for the ganache. Take the chocolate pieces and heavy cream in a bowl and place in the microwave for 30seconds. Give it a mix till it melts.
- Whisk this ganache for a nice and creamy texture.
- Place one layer of cake and apply the ganache evenly. Repeat with remaining layers. Refrigerate overnight or for 2hours minimum.
