- Take 200 g all-purpose flour

Steps to make Death by Chocolate cake:
- To make ganache, microwave the cream and dark chocolate for 30 seconds. Add butter and Mix well. If required microwave for 15 seconds more. Take 1/4th portion of ganache and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. The ganache will become thick. Alternatively, You can also beat the ganache to make it thick. Use the thick ganache to spread on layer of the cake. Keep the rest for pouring on the top of the cake.
- For the cake batter, sieve all the dry ingredients except powdered sugar and keep aside.
- Also add 1 tsp vinegar and vanilla/chocolate essence to the milk. Mix it and keep aside. Milk should be at room temperature and not cold.
- Now, take oil, butter (at room temperature) and powdered sugar in a bowl. Whisk for a minute. Add condensed milk and whisk for 3-4 minutes till the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Keep adding dry ingredients and milk in batches and continue to whisk. Do not add all at once to avoid lumps. Whisk for 2-3 minutes more and the batter should be ready.
- Place butter paper in a greased microsafe cake tin and pour the batter. Tap the tin 2-3 times to remove air bubbles. microwave for 4 minutes on high.
- Cool down the cake for 5 minutes then demould. Let the cake cool completely then divide into layers. Apply sugar syrup on both the layers. Mix water and sugar till the sugar melts to make sugar syrup.
- Spread thick chocolate ganache on 1 layer. Place another layer on it. Pour the ganache on the cake and decorate with some chocolates.
