  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets. Cut them into Bite size pieces and set aside. - To marinate the chicken pieces pour 2 cups of buttermilk in a bowl. - Add 2 tsp of Hot sauce & 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix well. - Add the chicken pieces, mix well and set aside for an hour or overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Take 2 baking dish or square glass containers preferably one big and one small. - Break 2 eggs into the smaller container and add a pinch (1/8 tsp) of salt. Whisk it well. - - In the bigger square container or baking dish, add 2 cups of flour/maida and add salt, white pepper, Chilli powder, garlic powder and baking powder. Mix it thoroughly with a small spatula or spoon.
  3. Now take out one chicken piece at a time from the marinade and place it on the baking dish. Coat it evenly with the flour and take it out and place in the whisked egg. Coat it in the whisked egg and take it out and place it on the baking dish again to coat it well with the flour, to form layers of flour on the chicken pieces. - Repeat the same for all the chicken pieces and keep the breaded chicken pieces on a plate.

  5. After around 2-3 mins once the chicken start floating on top, turn them over. Continue to fry them for 3 more minutes turning them few times till the chicken are golden brown color on all sides. - Remove from oil and put the next batch. Repeat the process. - Fry in batches of 4-5 Chicken pieces each time. - Serve Hot ♨️ with your favourite sauce.
