- Marinade the chicken pieces with garlic salt, 2 chopped garlic cloves, black pepper and paprika at least an hour before cooking.

- Crumble the cripsy chorizo into the pan once heat is off.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

When the wood begins to smoke, transfer the bird-on-a-can to the grill, balancing the bird on its two legs and the can, like a tripod. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Hold chicken upright (legs pointing down) and insert opened beer can into cavity.
