- Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper
- Add chicken to corn starch, then egg, then coconut mixture
- Once all chicken cubes are breaded gently add to heated oil
- Once chicken turns golden brown remove from oil and place on plate with paper towels on it
- Serve with favorite sauce!
