- Shallow fry the carrots/capsicum/bell peppers/green beans. Put the shredded chicken and keep stirring in high heat till its evenly cooked.
- Add in the ginger garlic paste and chili mix with cumin powder. Mix the spices well with all the veggies and chicken.
- Parboil the rice till its 90% done. At this stage add in the chicken and veggies and pour in the chicken stock. Add salt and stir well and simmer and cook till the rice and chicken is fully cooked.
Divide the rice between two bowls. Place WHOLE chicken breasts into slow cooker. Pour in broth, wing sauce, dressing mix, and BROWN rice. Shred chicken, and stir in cheese. Put the chicken in a big bowl.
