- I toasted the sub rolls while waiting for sauce to reduce, but that's totally up to you.
- Dressed toasted rolls with ranch dressing (my son used mayo instead)
- Place Buffalo chicken mixture on rolls & topped with Shredded Mozzarella. Lettuce & tomatoes are optional. Hope you enjoy 😉
