Instructions to make Paneer shawarma roll:

  7. Then take out the veggies into a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, oregano, mixed herbs and mix well.
  8. Now prepare paneer shawarma- Cut paneer into slices and keep it aside.
  9. Take a big mixing bowl add curd, and dry masalas one by one like red chilli powder, black pepper powder, Amchur powder, garam masala, dhania powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato ketchup, haldi powder.
  10. Maggi masala, soy sauce, salt as/ taste and mix well to make a coating.
  11. Now coat the paneer pieces with it.
  12. Now take a grill pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and place these paneer slices over it and cook from both the sides till they look crispy.
  13. Now take out the prepared khubees, spread some tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, some oregano, place roasted paneer slices, salad and roll it with the help of silver foil.
  14. Or you can pork some tooth pick in the middle.
  15. Now add some butter and cook these roll until golden and crisp.
  16. Serve hot with chutney and salad.
  17. Note- You can prepare khubees with wheat flour or plain flour only.
