- Add the soft butter, then the sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Then mix until smooth.
- Pour half into each cake tin.
- Bake for about 30 minutes then leave to cook on cooking rack.
- For the filling (ganache): warm the cream until almost boiling then add the chocolate and stir until melted.
- Leave the ganache to cool for about 15 minutes in the fridge so it doesn’t slide off the cake
- Coat one sponge with jam and then cover with ganache
- Add the top sponge, add more jam and the rest of the ganache
- Grate white chocolate on top
