- Make ready Chillis- As many as you like but try not to blow your head off, don't try to be a Bangkok Badboy. This also isn't really a spicy dish
- Make ready 3 cloves- Garlic
- Prepare 1/2 Thumb- Ginger
- Get Optional: White Rice Vinegar- 1tbsp this is for the dipping sauce so it's all down to preference
