While rice is cooking, heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour in sesame oil and stir in onion. Fry until golden, then add garlic. Add the rice and a good dash of sesame oil and keep stirring.

- In a hot frying pan add the oil and fry the onion until soft but not brown. Add 2 eggs and scrambled
