- In a bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and *sriracha. Adjust to taste. Set aside.
- Heat oiled pan on medium high setting. Add rice noodles to pan. Gradually pour 3/4 of sauce mixture and coat noodles evenly. Add remaining ingredients along with remaining 1/4 sauce. Stir and coat evenly.
