- Get 1 Tbsp Chili Garlic sauce
- Take 1 Tbsp Honey
- Make ready 4 Tsp brown sugar
- Take 2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- Get 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Get 1/4 cup Beef or Chicken stock
- Take 3 Tbsp melted butter
- Prepare NOW PREPARE THE FOLLOWING WHILE RIBS ARE IN REFRIGERATOR:
- Make ready Cut 1/2 large onion into 1 inch slices
- Make ready Cut 4 cloves garlic in half
- Take 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Take Pour olive oil into a sauce pan; on low heat add onions to clarify and garlic halves to lightly brown (about 10 minutes) see photo below

ADD 2 tbsp Olive Oil to pan and heat to high temperature to sear ribs. Sear ribs on ALL sides until deep brown in color (about a minute on each side) Picture below are the seared ribs. - POUR bowl of sauce over ribs (bone side down, meat side up). ADD onions & garlic on top. COVER & place in 200 degree oven for 4 hours.

I am always experimenting with different ways to cook them. The main secret you have to remember. Pat ribs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper on all sides. Maybe in other places beef short ribs are different but I will be deleting this recipe as soon as I am done the review. Cut ribs in individual sections, each with one piece of bone.
