- Take 1/2 tsp salt
- Make ready 2 tbsp oil
- Take BBQ sauce
- Get 1/2 cup myonease
- Prepare ยน/2 cup tomato ketchup
- Take 3 tbsp chilli sauce
- Get 1 tsp soya sauce
Instructions to make Bar b q rice:
- 1st step**** - Take one bowl add Tikka masala, soya sauce,ginger garlic paste,whisked Yogurt,black pepper and boneless chicken mix it well and marinate it for 20 minutes.
- After 20minutes.take one pateeli add oil and chopped onion and then add marinated chicken 1st 5 minutes cover and cook on low flame then remove lid and cook on medium high flame untill chicken done.then take one small piece of red hot coal put on piece of foil paper then drop some oil on coal for give BBQ smoke.
- 2nd step******** Then take another pan. add oil add chopped garlic fry tll then add Cabbage,carrot, capsicum,salt, soya sauce, red chilli fakes and fry it for 2minutes.now repeat smoke procedure same as above.
- 3rd step********. - ######Rice######. Now take another pan or pateeli for rice.add oil or ghee then add green cardomom and cinnamon stick then add soaked rice bhoonify it for 2minutes add water, cover it and cook it for 8 minutes.after 8 minutes rice will be done.repeat the step of smoke with rice as above.
- 4th step********. #####BBQ sauce####. Now take one bowl add myonease, tomato ketchup,red chilli sauce,soya sauce and mix it well and put in one bottle and keep aside.
- assembling****. First layer the rice on serving platter,then add BBQ sauce then fried vegetables as shown in picture.
- Now add BBQ chicken then add BBQ sauce on the top as shown in picture.
- Tip***. It can be microwave for 2minutes before serving.microwave will give the good texture and sauce will be dissolve in rice and will give a tempting taste…must try
